Common questions
What exactly is free?
Two scored mock interviews, each with your overall score, all five skill scores and the full transcript. You don't need a card. You start by creating a free account with your email: we send a 6-digit code, and your scorecards are saved to it.
What does the Interview-Ready plan add?
As many scored mocks as you want, every month. You also get the coaching: why you lost points on each skill, your weakest answers rewritten with the reasons the new version scores higher, and the drills and coaching library for what you missed. And you can practice one question on its own, like your salary expectations, a gap in your work history or your counteroffer.
Does it renew? Can I get the money back?
Yes, it renews monthly until you stop it. Cancel from your account page, and the next month won't be charged. You keep everything until the end of the month you paid for. Inside 14 days of your first payment, one button on your account refunds it, no reason asked.
Can I pay once instead?
Yes. $19 for 7 days of everything in the Interview-Ready plan. One payment. Nothing renews. It ends on its own after 7 days.
What happens after October 31?
Join by October 31 and you keep $29 a month until you cancel. From November 1, new members pay $49 a month.
Is there a catch on spoken answers?
One. Turning your voice into text is a separate step from grading, and at busy times it can be slow or need a retry. When it fails you are told, your answer is not lost, and you can type what you said instead.
Can I use this during a real interview?
No. Practice before, never during: it is built to be used before an interview, and nothing here runs in a real one. McKinsey & Company and Deloitte say in their own published guidance that candidates may use AI to prepare and may not use it during an assessment.
Is a person scoring this? Will it get me the job?
Nobody can promise you a job, and the grader is an AI that decides nothing about any real one. Practicing the interview out loud does improve your odds: you will have said your answers once before they count, and seen which ones fell short.
What do you store about me?
The transcript, your scores, the role you named, and your email once you give it. Your voice is turned into text. The audio of each mock is kept so you can play it back, until you delete it or your account. On the plan, if you turn on your camera and leave “Save my video” on, the video of your answers is kept the same way, to watch yourself back, and the video interviewer’s side of the call is kept the same way when she is on video.
