Paste the posting or a link to it. An AI interviewer asks the questions out loud, and if you add your resume, it asks about your real jobs too. You answer by voice, or type if you would rather.

Follow-up questions when an answer is vague

A scorecard that shows what to fix

Each mock gets a score out of 100 on five skills: structure, judgment, specificity, role relevance and communication. Your weakest answer is rewritten from what you said, and you can try that answer again and see the old and new score side by side.

The rounds that decide an offer

Besides the hiring manager interview: the recruiter screen, a salary negotiation where the recruiter pushes back on your number, and a 1:1 where you ask your manager for a raise. A second mode rehearses one-way recorded interviews like HireVue.

Your interview, not a generic question list

Questions come from the posting you paste and your own resume. Big Interview's main practice plays a recorded interviewer reading set questions, and its help center says the video feedback is not tuned by industry (read October 2026).

Practice for the money conversations

You can rehearse a salary negotiation and a raise request against a counterpart who pushes back. Big Interview covers salary negotiation with video lessons, and it has no raise practice (October 2026).

Practice, not a live answer feed

NailedIt is for rehearsing before the interview. It does not listen to your real interview or feed you answers during it, which is what live "copilot" tools like Final Round AI sell.

Plain terms

The plan is month to month with a cancel button and a 14-day refund on your account page. Final Round AI's refund window is 3 days and ends once you have used 2 sessions over 30 minutes (its refund policy, October 2026).

The team behind NailedIt

I'm Howard Huang (LinkedIn). I've spent more than 15 years in digital marketing and product: ecommerce at Huawei, marketing and digital media roles at fintech and public companies, and founding MadeLoud.com, a community that grew to 80,000 members.

I built this while trying to level up in my own career. I needed to practice out loud, and the people who would listen were too kind to be useful. I'm a marketer who builds my own tools, not a recruiter, and I have no insight into how anybody decides who to hire.

Is NailedIt free?

The first scored mock is free, with no card. The Interview-Ready plan adds the reasons behind every score, rewrites of your weakest answers and more mocks.

Is a person listening or grading?

No. Every part is AI: no human interviewer and no human grader. No employer ever sees any of it.

How is this different from Big Interview?

Big Interview is strong on video lessons. NailedIt is the live rehearsal: it reads your job posting, asks follow-ups when you are vague, and scores each answer so you know what to fix.

Will it help me during my real interview?

No, and it is not meant to. It is practice before the interview, so the real one is not the first time you say your answers out loud.
