Your video never leaves your device. It is recorded in your browser and stays there. The audio goes once to be turned into text, then is dropped. The words are what get graded. We never see your face.

First 2 mocks graded free, no account and no card. After that $49 once for 20 more over 12 months. One payment, and it does not auto-renew.

Answers are graded by an AI against a published rubric, not by a person. NailedIt.ai is not affiliated with HireVue or with any employer.

A camera lens on the left, drawn as concentric rings around a solid blue center, faces an empty outlined rectangle on the right; one clock arc crosses the gap between them and stops short.

02

What gets graded

  • Five rubric dimensionsStructure, commercial awareness, ownership, specificity, concision. Each out of 20, against a rubric printed on the page — never against other users.
  • Timed deliveryDid you use the prep window. Did the timer cut you off mid-sentence. Did you leave twenty seconds of dead air. Nothing else grades these.
  • Two answers, re-cutYour weakest two, rewritten from your own material — your example, your numbers — then one drill, and your score movement across attempts.
Five bars of unequal, unordered height stand inside a shared outlined ceiling; one is solid blue. Below them a measured rule is cut short by a single heavy blue stop mark.
Five dimensions under one shared ceiling. The bars are unordered on purpose: a rubric is a criterion, not a growth chart.

03

What you get back

Invented example · not a real candidate

Three of your six answers stopped before they reached a result.

58/100

Nearly
Concision 16/20

Little repetition; the question is not restated before answering.

Ownership 14/20

First-person decisions are clear in four of six answers.

Structure 11/20

Three answers set up a situation and stopped before the result.

Commercial awareness 9/20

Values language throughout; no cost, client, deadline or trade-off named.

Specificity 8/20

One number across the whole run, and it was a date.

Scored against the rubric above. Not compared to other users, and not a prediction about any hiring decision. Graded by an AI model (claude-sonnet-4-6) from the transcript only — no human read it.

A score out of 20 on each of the five things below, and a sentence on every one saying exactly what was missing.

  • Also in the full scorecardYour timed delivery, measured in your browser. Your two weakest answers re-cut from your own words. One drill. What the score is not.

What it costs

Free, and staying free

$0

The simulator itself — the question, the 30-second prep countdown, the hard timer, 5-6 questions, one take each — unlimited, no account, no card. Every employer page is free to read and always will be.

Plus your first 2 mocks graded in full. Two rather than one on purpose: the thing worth paying for is that your score moves between attempts, and you should see whether that is true for you before you pay to find out.

$49 once

20 graded mocks over 12 months from the day you pay. Drills cost a quarter of a mock.

What this is not

Not affiliated with HireVue, and not affiliated with any employer.

We are not a partner, a reseller or a vendor of theirs. Employer names appear here because those employers publish descriptions of their own hiring process, and we cite them.

Not the real questions.

No employer publishes the question text from its live video screen, so nobody has it, including us. What we publish is built from the competencies each employer states it assesses, and every page shows the source and the date we read it.

Not something to use during a live assessment.

Four of these eight employers publish something on candidates using AI; for the other four we could find nothing, and their pages say that rather than guessing. Where a policy exists it is quoted on that employer's page here with the link, and every one of them draws the line at the assessment itself. Two of them — Deloitte and McKinsey — go further and say in their own words that using AI to prepare beforehand is fine. This is built for the preparation side of that line. Nothing about it works during a real interview.

Not a way to improve the odds of being hired.

We have no visibility into any employer's decision and no influence over it. The claim is narrower and it is the honest one: you will have sat through the format once, been stopped by the timer once, and read what a rubric says about your own words — before it counts.

Not a person.

The grader is an AI reading your transcript. It is labeled as one on every screen it appears on, and the rubric it grades against is printed where you can read it.
